EPW - Roman Mayer, purse or travel watch, 34mm x 81mm when fully opened, sterling silver original Borel Fils & Cie, case with light blue guilloche enamel exterior, refinished champagne dial with luminous painted numerals, 15J, s#505700. A lovely travel watch, just as useful today as the day it was new.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition, bright plates, few specks of oxide to ratchet wheel and regulator; nearly flawless refinished dial with light surface spotting; excellent blued steel skeleton hands show light oxide; case shows very light wear, no dents or dings, enamel exterior largely present with some chipping and flaking to some of the corners and scattered fine scratches to front and rear; crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
